Accessibility Statement
IBI Data is committed to making CloudDelivery usable by as many people as possible, including people who use a screen reader, screen magnifier, or keyboard only.
CONFORMANCE STATUS
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities. We maintain CloudDelivery to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Our current assessment is that the site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is the standard's wording for meeting most of the requirements while some content does not yet. We would rather tell you exactly what we have checked than claim more. The gaps we know about are listed below.
USING CLOUDDELIVERY WITH A KEYBOARD
- Every part of the site works with a keyboard, and the item you are on is outlined.
- On the product list, press Enter or Space on a product to select it. Each product is followed by a Details link that opens its larger view.
- Press Escape to close a panel or menu. You return to where you were.
- Messages, such as a confirmation that your email was sent, are announced by screen readers.
WHAT WE HAVE DONE SO FAR
- Every form field has a label. If something you entered needs fixing, the message is linked to that field and the cursor moves to it.
- We went through every task using only a keyboard and fixed what did not work.
- Text meets the Level AA color contrast minimums. We measured it on the page as it is displayed, because much of it sits on photos and gradients.
- You can zoom in, or use the site on a phone, without scrolling sideways.
- The reporting chart has a table of its numbers that screen readers can read.
We check the site again when we change it, and we keep fixing what we find. If something still gets in your way, tell us and we will fix it or get you the information another way.
KNOWN LIMITATIONS
- The PDFs and product images reps send come from the companies whose products they are, and many PDFs are not tagged for screen readers. These files are supplied by third parties. Contact us and we will get you the information in another format.
- Product images in the product list do not have their own descriptions. Each image is shown with the product number and description, which screen readers read instead.
- The site has not yet been tested with a screen reader. It was built and checked for screen reader support, and a test with one is planned.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The site relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript working with your browser and any assistive technology you use.
ASSESSMENT
The accessibility of CloudDelivery was evaluated by an internal review by IBI Data in October 2026: automated testing of every screen, a keyboard-only test of each task, a check of text contrast against the page as displayed, and a review of the code against WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
